Well the real hitler was never cute. I have never seen hitler portrayed as a chubby pokemon. However I have seen ghetto hitler.

Nah, I can't draw that good. I found it on google images and colored it in better.
If I remember right, the background was just plain blue before, so I redid it with somewhat subtle clouds and those line things.
