Not sure, I know in the picture you showed me it said something in not english, but on the show I watched the title was in english.
But, it was definitely the same logo and character.
What I remember from the story:
Two girls fell from the sky, or maybe one girl/thing that split into two girls when she/it landed.
Someone found one girl, they measured her and stuff and made her clothes. She had a tiny wizard looking thingy.
They found the other girl, did the same thing, but no wizard thingy.
Then they decided the girls were sisters and both girls fell in love with the guys that found them.
Two pervy guys were like "There must be a third girl out there and we're gonna find her!"
Then a bigger version of the little wizard guy broke out of their school and started being one of the girl's servant sorta.
They get naked plenty of times.
